Who we are

This website is operated by NADM LTD, trading as Amply Digital. We are a web design agency based in Milton Keynes. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean NADM LTD.

Our registered office and our trading address are different places, so both are set out below. Use the trading address for anything other than the formal service of documents.

We are the data controller for the personal data described below. That means we decide what is collected and what happens to it.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and to run a project properly.

When you contact us

Our enquiry forms ask for your name, email address and a message, and optionally your phone number and company. If you email or ring us instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us.

When we work together

During a project we hold the contact details of the people we deal with, the material you send us for the site, and the correspondence between us. If you ask us to host or maintain a site, we also hold the access credentials needed to do that.

When you use this website

This is a static website. We do not run a content management system on it, we do not have user accounts, and we do not profile visitors. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. Cookies are covered separately in our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process data on our instructions only.

• Our hosting and forms provider, which receives form submissions and keeps server logs.
• Our email provider, through which enquiries and project correspondence reach us.
• Our accountant and accounting software, for invoices and statutory records.

We will also disclose information where we are required to by law. Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Client records: for the length of the engagement and 6 years afterwards, which is the period HMRC requires for accounting records.
• Access credentials: removed when a hosting or maintenance arrangement ends.
• Server logs: a short rolling window set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have data erased, where we have no continuing reason to hold it
• restrict or object to how we use it, including anything based on legitimate interests
• ask for the data you gave us in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time, where consent is what we relied on

If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by ringing 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top of this page is when it was last revised.
