Cookie Policy
Which cookies this site uses, which it does not, and how to control them.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own. We have no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking pixels on it. The only cookies that can end up on your device come from the Google maps, and those do not load until you press the button asking for one. If you never press it, this site puts nothing on your device at all.
That is unusual enough to be worth saying plainly rather than burying in a table.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website can store on your device. They are used to remember things between pages or visits: that you are signed in, what you put in a basket, or that you have seen a particular message. Related technologies such as local storage do the same job.
Cookies we set
None. This site is a set of static pages with no login, no basket and no session to remember. We do not need cookies to run it, so we do not set any.
Third-party cookies
Google Maps
There is a Google map on our home page and our contact page, and one in the footer of every page. None of them loads on its own. Each shows a button, or a link you have to open, and Google is contacted only once you press it.
When you do, Google may set cookies on your device and will receive your IP address. That is covered byGoogle’s privacy policy, not by us. Load a map once and it stays for that page view only; the next page starts again with nothing loaded.
Embedded video
Any video on this site is served from our own domain rather than YouTube or Vimeo, so no third-party cookies are set when it plays.
Consent
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary. We set no such cookies ourselves, and the third-party maps do not load until you ask for one. That request is the consent, which is why there is no banner: there is nothing to consent to until you press the button, and the button says what pressing it does.
If we add analytics or any other non-essential cookie, we will put a consent banner in place first and update this page.
Controlling cookies yourself
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, whatever a website says it does:
Blocking cookies will not stop this site working, because it does not rely on them.
Changes to this policy
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top is when it was last revised.
